2. Formation of Contract

By placing an order on the website, you make an offer to purchase the products. After we receive your order, we will send you an automatic confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. The contract is formed when we send you the shipping confirmation.

3. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in Romanian Lei (RON) and include VAT. Payment can be made via cash on delivery or bank card.

4. Shipping

Products are delivered by courier service. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and are displayed during the checkout process. Expected delivery time is 2-5 business days.

5. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the product. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by contacting us at [email protected]. The cost of returning the product will be borne by you.

6. Legal Guarantee of Conformity

All products sold on our website benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, in accordance with the provisions of Government Ordinance no. 140/2021 on certain aspects concerning contracts for the sale of goods. The legal guarantee of conformity covers any lack of conformity that exists at the time of delivery of the goods and which is ascertained within two years from that date.

In case of lack of conformity, you have the right to request the seller, free of charge, to bring the goods into conformity, through repair or replacement. The repair or replacement will be carried out within a reasonable period of time, which cannot exceed 15 calendar days from the moment the seller was informed by you about the lack of conformity.

7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and the contracts concluded on the website are governed by Romanian law. Consumers may bring proceedings in the courts of their place of residence.

8. Alternative Dispute Resolution

If you are a consumer and have a dispute with us, you can contact consumer dispute resolution entities. Following the discontinuation of the EU ODR platform on July 20, 2025, consumers can access the list of certified dispute resolution bodies at: EU Consumer Dispute Resolution Entities. You can also file a complaint with the Romanian Consumer Protection Authority (ANPC) or the conciliation body of your place of residence.
